- Limited License: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the digital content for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Prohibited Use: You may not redistribute, resell, or modify any content without express written consent.
3. Consultancy Services
- Scope: Marketing consultancy is provided as professional advice based on the author's expertise. Results are not guaranteed and depend on the client's implementation.
- Booking & Payments: All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking via our integrated payment processors (PayPal or 2Checkout).
- Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the reservation of the consultant’s time, all completed sessions are 100% non-refundable.
- Cancellations: You may reschedule once if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the session. Failure to attend or late cancellations result in forfeiture of the fee.
4. Digital Product Sales
- Delivery: E-books are delivered digitally via email or direct download immediately following a successful transaction.
- Refunds: All digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a download link has been generated.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Egypt, Mohamed Nabil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our advice or books. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product.
6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Cairo/Giza, Egypt.
